SPA THERAPIST

For Premier Brand Manila, Quezon City
  • Minimum educational qualification: High school graduate with a valid massage therapy certification from TESDA or successfully passed the DOH Massage Licensure Exam;
  • Demonstrates high IQ and initiative;
  • Exhibits qualities of hard work, humility and trustworthiness;
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills for positive interactions with clients in the spa setting;
  • Willing to engage in continuous training and professional development;
  • Open to being assigned in Quezon City.

WELLNESS NURSE

(Property-based)
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid Professional License;
  • Accountable for promoting health through wellness programs;
  • Administering first aid treatments and dispensing appropriate medications to both employees and guests;
  • Oversight of the inventory and procurement of medical supplies; Responsible for the maintenance of medical and related records;
  • Ensuring adherence to Standard Health Protocols throughout the resort;
  • Demonstrating strong patient care, participative, and team-building management skills;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

(for Makati Office)
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment;
  • With in-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development and employee relations.
  • With strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting HR policies, memos, and handling employee communication.

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

(for Makati Office)
  • With at least five (5) years of working experience in Financial Planning, General Accounting or related position in hospitality industry;
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
  • Highly knowledgeable in Accounting and Taxation;
  • High ethical standards and integrity are critical;
  • Ability to analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making;
  • Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex financial issues and make data-driven decisions.

DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Property based
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, hospitality management, or a related field;
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, including knowledge of digital marketing, social media, public relations, and advertising;
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales and marketing software;
  • Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the sales and marketing team effectively;
  • Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the industry;
  • The ability to set and achieve revenue targets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals;
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance with marketing and sales laws and ethical standards;
  • Experience in budget management. Including allocation of resources for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

ELECTRICIAN

Property based
  • With 1-2 years of experience as a repair and maintenance technician in resorts and hotels;
  • Knowledge on safety and health procedures;
  • NC II passer (Electrical) or graduate of any related electrical course;
  • Hardworking and responsible;
  • Willing to be assigned in Nasugbu, Batangas.

RESERVATIONS AGENT

  • Preferably college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity;
  • Preferably with experience in Room Reservations in a resort/hotel or in the same capacity;
  • Has a passion for Sales and Marketing;
  • Creative and detail-minded;
  • Enjoys planning and organizing;
  • Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for customers;
  • Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay.

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

For Anya Resort Tagaytay (Property based)
  • At least 4 years working experience as Finance Manager in hospitality industry;
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
  • Excellent problem-solving skills along with solid analytical skills;
  • Strong financial system and business administration understanding;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership abilities and initiative;
  • Positive attitude, integrity and attention to details;
  • Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay.

DUTY ENGINEER

Property based
  • Preferably licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil engineer;
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience;
  • Able to perform preventive maintenance on air – conditioning and electrical systems;
  • Knowledge of safety and health procedures;
  • Knows how to do planning, costing and budgeting for the department and entire needs of the company;
  • Oral and written fluency in English;
  • Ability to work long hours;
  • Willing to be assigned in Nasugbu, Batangas.

  • With at least five (5) years of work experience in Human Resources or related field preferably in a hospitality industry;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and problem–solving;
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality;
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay.

PURCHASING OFFICER

For Anya Resort Tagaytay (Property-based)
  • At least 3 years working experience logistics or a related field
  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any business related course
  • Must have experience in hospitality industry
  • Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
  • Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, attention to details & networking skills.

CORPORATE PRE-OPENING MANAGER

For Corporate Office - Makati based
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent;
  • With at least five (5) years of experience in pre-opening as a Resort/Hotel/General Manager;
  • With an analytical mind that can quickly assess large amounts of information/data;
  • Able to communicate effectively, provide leadership to a diverse group of people, and function well even under critical deadline or pressure.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

For Corporate Office - Makati based
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management or equivalent;
  • With at least two (2) years of work experience in Marketing or Business Development preferably in hospitality industry;
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other Business Presentations;
  • Can establish rapport and arrange meetings;
  • With excellent communication and presentation skills; 
  • With strong financial skills required for projections and planning;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising or equivalent;
  • With at least three (3) years background and knowledge in the same field;
  • With strong knowledge in traditional, digital, social media/ relationship marketing tools;

  • Must have a valid professional driver’s license and with clean driving record;
  • Knows how to drive both manual and automatic transmission;
  • With basic knowledge of car maintenance and able to utilize maps, Waze and GPS system;
  • Punctual, reliable and with good communication skills.
